To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, certain products have strict return conditions:

Apparel & Clothing: All apparel must be returned unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags and protective seals fully intact. Any apparel returned without its original seal or tags will not be accepted.

Fitness Equipment & Accessories: Must be returned in its original box, unused, and with all included parts, manuals, and accessories.

Supplements & Nutrition: For health and safety reasons, all supplements must be completely unopened, with the factory safety seal fully intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Strict Exceptions)
The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

Underwear / Intimate Apparel: Due to strict health and hygiene regulations, all underwear and intimate garments are final sale.

Bottles & Shakers: All water bottles, shakers, and hydration gear cannot be returned once delivered.

Opened Supplements: Any nutritional product where the outer or inner safety seal has been broken or tampered with.

Select the order and the specific items you wish to return, choose a reason, and submit your request.

5. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days (depending on your bank).
