1. Free Shipping on Orders Over $75

  • We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $75 USD (after discounts and before taxes).

  • For orders under $75 USD, a standard shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

2. Processing & Handling Times

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Once processed, shipping typically takes 3 to 15 business days depending on your location and the items ordered.

  • Please note that delivery times may vary, especially for larger shipments such as heavy fitness equipment or during high-demand peak seasons.

4. Order Tracking

  • When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from nlwnextlevelwarriors@gmail.com which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Shipping Address Errors

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. NLWSTORE.COM is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If you notice a mistake in your address, please email us immediately at nlwnextlevelwarriors@gmail.com so we can attempt to fix it before shipment.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If you receive your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at nlwnextlevelwarriors@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable), so we can help resolve the issue with the carrier.
